A recent trip to the shores of Rockaway, allowed the opportunity to stop at the highly lauded taco stand, Rockaway Taco. Minus the Chorizo Taco (average and unusually bland for chorizo), the tacos were indeed rockin. The fish taco is served fried, not in a pub-style fish and chips kind of way, but super light. It was the Black Bean, Sweet Plantain & Cheese Quesadilla, however, that definitely won our true affection.
